Shine Lawyers is open to expressions of interest from Solicitors across Australia who are interested to work in one of our 40+ office locations. We are open to hearing from talented Solicitors either a full-time or formalised part-time basis.

What we look for in our people
- Minimum two years' post-admission experience across our practice areas, with a focus on personal injury, generalist and specialist litigation
- Proven experience in time recording will be advantageous
- Ability to manage large volumes of files
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoy working on legally challenging and factually complex matters
- High standard of legal drafting skills
- Maturity and confidence to communicate with clients facing difficult times
- A desire to be part of a strong and cohesive team
- Ability to communicate effectively with experts in multiple fields
